Each Bocane accessory you choose from our store will be accompanied by the tax invoice and a 30-day Warranty and Quality Certificate, which covers any manufacturing defect.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the Bocane products you ordered, you can return them within 30 days. Find out more by accessing Boots Return Policy .
How do I call the warranty of an accessory?
- Send an email to office@bocane.ro , where you send us your name, a phone number, the invoice number that accompanied the product and details about the manufacturing defect found.
- We recommend that the receipt of the request by e-mail be confirmed by phone at 0341.405.236 .
- You send us the product by courier to be examined by our specialists, and you pay the cost of delivery. If it is found that the warranty applies, we will reimburse you the amount paid for delivery.
For any manufacturing defect, Bocane will offer a completely free repair; if a repair is not possible, you will be able to choose between replacing the product or refunding its value, within a maximum of 30 days.
