Now we also offer picking up orders from Easybox , with a cost of only 15 Lei .
We deliver orders via Courier Rapid - Fan Courier or Sameday.
The delivery fee is 15 lei , and the courier through which the order will be sent will be communicated to you when we process the order.
WHEN WILL YOU RECEIVE THE ORDER?
Orders are delivered to the courier as soon as possible after receipt, usually on the next working day.
For products with special specifications (hand stitching, monogramming), the processing time can be extended by 1-3 working days, but the total processing time will not exceed 5 working days.
The pre-order products are manufactured in 2-3 weeks from the payment of an advance payment of half of the order value.
Estimated delivery is 1-2 working days after the package is picked up by the courier.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer international delivery via DHL Express, from 99 Lei. Delivery is made in 2-6 working days.
CAN I OPEN THE PARCEL BEFORE PAYING?
You can opt for the Parcel Opening service in the Fan Courier coverage area. The cost is 7 Lei.
CAN I ORDER BY PHONE?
You can place an order by phone at 0341405236 , from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 17:00.

PAYMENT METHODS?
You can opt for payment:
  • with the card through Mobilpay.ro (we also accept payment in installments with the shopping card, details in Payment Methods )
  • through bank transfer
  • cash on receipt of the package (refund) only for products available in stock. Products with customizations, monograms, made to pre-order require payment when placing the order.

A delivery number (awb) is automatically issued for your order, which can be tracked from your account, if you have one, or on the courier's website. You will also receive this number by email and SMS, immediately after we process your order.
CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN THE PRODUCTS?
Bocane accessories can be exchanged or returned easily. You have 30 days from placing the order to decide if you want to exchange or return the products.
